Who we are
Yukon Builders & Developers is a construction and development firm registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council as a Category CA constructor, licensed without limit on construction or capital cost. We operate alongside our sister company, Acropolis (Pvt) Ltd, under common management.
We have practised in civil engineering for more than fifteen years. Our chief executive brings 36 years in construction and development, and our senior engineering staff average more than three decades each. Full particulars of legal standing, registration and financial capacity are provided with any prequalification submission.
Our experienced staff, plant holding and site laboratory allow us to undertake civil engineering projects of any scale — high-rise buildings, infrastructure development, roads and bridges, and mega structures such as airport terminals and hydropower projects.

Owned batching plants, pumps, cranes and formwork mean the programme does not depend on a hire queue.
Work where access is hard
Remote sites, security constraints and restricted working windows are a normal part of our record, not an exception to it.
Test on site
Our own survey sets and site laboratory keep material testing and setting-out under our control.
Finish what we start
A significant share of our work has been left-over and at-risk packages taken over from others and completed.
